welcome to the Savage world and this great website. You made the right choise
in purchasing a Savage, hope you have lots of fun with it and get all the help you
need out of this forum.
Maybe you can make it to the rally next year. About the idling time: I cannot give
you a exact duration in minutes and seconds to warm up the engine. But you should always
warm up the motor carefully when its cold, take it easy on the first few miles,
keep the oil level up at all times and you won't have any trouble.
